Even as a child, I longed to become a pediatrician. However, the circumstances at the workplace led me to work in the field of medical genetics after my attestation in paediatrics. I have been lovingly devoted to this field for more than 10 years. Although the work of a clinical geneticist is often mentally demanding, the complexity of this field and the need to deal with new and unique situations is a great inspiration to me. There is no need to be afraid of genetics, because each of us is unique and that is the beauty of life.
